Wellness made for everyone.
The HotGirl Manifesto is a blog dedicated to promoting an 80-20 lifestyle centered around wellness made easy, movement that makes us feel good, and a community determined to stay mindful.
Kickstarted by yoga teacher, barre instructor, and wellness advocate Kelsey Fogarty, the HGM is all about the new hot — the one that goes deeper than surface-level aesthetics.
Anyone can create the HotGirl lifestyle, and the manifesto is all about supporting the journey of wellness — no matter where on the path you might begin.

Currently, the HotGirl Manifesto is under renovation. Return here for news. Last update: February 5, 2024
