Kickstarted by yoga teacher, barre instructor, and wellness advocate Kelsey Fogarty, the HGM is all about the new hot — the one that goes deeper than surface-level aesthetics.

Anyone can create the HotGirl lifestyle, and the manifesto is all about supporting the journey of wellness — no matter where on the path you might begin.
